According to the seller, the Hull is in good shape and it has been stripped and barrier coated.
The Deck is very good, no soft spots detected, no leaky hatches or ports, no damage.
The Winches and sails appear in good condition and are fully functional per the seller.
Some of the cushions are a little worn, some of the Teak faded. The seller tells me and it does appear that this too will return to good condition.
The seller reports that the engine was replaced by the previous owner in ~1999. The hour meter shows the hours from the original engine and the new engine does not have an hour meter connected.
Due to health issues the seller has not been able to complete alll of the projects he had underway. See below for a list or work to be done:
-Install new holding tank and fittings; tank and all fittings are onboard.
-Reinstall Main Halyard. Was not properly secured for a storm. Blew down on deck. Everything needed is there. Bosun's Chair, Weights, leader line.
-The forward hatch has been re-bedded. But still has a minor drip in a rain storm
-New Starboard Lifeline needs to be installed, it is also onboard, and just needs to be restrung.
The seller will include a large amount of tools, supplies and spares.
Marina fees are paid through spring 2016.
